In the evening, you can look forward to 8 courses from Essensen. A gourmet experience with wine pairing, where food and wine come together at a relaxed pace. After an evening full of impressions, an overnight stay awaits in one of our beautiful rooms, where the view of the fjord invites you to unwind.
The next morning, you can begin the day in our morning spa. The atmosphere is calm as your body gently awakens. Spa and wellness provide the perfect finishing touch to a gourmet stay where both flavour and well-being take centre stage.

The next morning begins in the spa and wellness area at Hotel Faaborg Fjord. Here you will find a steam bath, sensory showers, salt sauna, snow room, infrared sauna, outdoor sauna barrel, and a heated infinity pool – perfect for waking up and letting both body and mind unwind.
You can also take a refreshing walk to the bathing jetty and dip into the sea before returning to the warmth of the sauna. From the wellness bar, enjoy cold drinks and fresh fruit as the day begins at a calm and gentle pace.
